The arrest of Serving Judges undermine our democracy ~ Obaze

In his reaction to the arrest of some judges, Selonnes Consult MD/CEO Oseloka H. Obaze said “the arrest of four serving judges, Sylvester Ngwuta and Inyang Okoro of the Supreme Court and two judges of the Federal High Court, Adeniyi Ademola (Abuja Division) and Justice Muazu Pindiga (Gombe) by DSS operatives is a cause for deep concern. Without prejudice to the rule of law and the right to prosecute the judges for whatever crimes they allegedly committed, there is due process and statutory regulations within constitutional dictates, for dealing with judges who breach the law. Not to follow those processes strictly, smacks of high handed impunity and undermine our nascent democracy.
